So I just came back from the Crossroads senior trip yesterday. It was a good trip, and I wish we could've stayed for at least one more day, because many people only participated in activities on Tuesday and Wednesday - We did an entire day of grocery shopping on Monday after we arrived our destination, and we left early Thursday morning. As for me, I actually participated in every activity available, including dinner with Jerry and Adrienne on Sunday night, rock climbing with Alvin, Grace, and Katrina on Monday morning, horseback riding on Thursday, plus other activities with other Crossroads seniors. One thing I love about this trip is the numerous physical/outdoor activities. Beside rock climbing and horseback riding, I also biked on the 17-miles drive in Monterey (although we didn't do the entire 17 miles), and I ran/jogged almost every morning during the trip. I felt I am in shape physically and I look forward to score many points in our next IM basketball game!!!

I also like the sharings from other seniors on the night before we left. That's actually another reason why I wanted a longer trip, because only half of people had the chance to share. For me, I was able to finally open my heart and shared something that I hid within myself for almost two years. It was very emotional for me, but I managed to hold my tears. I think that shows how much God had helped me to overcome the greatest adversity I've ever faced in my life so far. I really appreciated my fellow seniors for listening to my very incoherent sharing and giving me words of encouragement afterward. I think this is what a fellowship should be like.

I am sooo tired now because I've been getting fewer than 5 hours of sleep every night during the trip, and I have to work from 5pm to 3am for tomorrow. Life never gets easier. In addition to that, I just found out that I have yet another job interview next week - I thought I was done with all my interviews last week. But that's ok, I think I fell in love with interviews anyway, so it looks like the the joy and fun of job searching will continue for few more week.
