Ahh the new Xanga user interface is soooo hard to use. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to create a new entry.

So I just finished my EE140 final, and I was completely dominated. I don't remember any exam I took in which I don't know how to do 75% of questions. This final exam, plus my deficient grades on the 2nd midterm and the project, could cause me to fail the course :( Although failing this course won't affect my GPA since I am taking it as P/NP, I am quite worry that grad school will take away my admission for this kind of grade.

My suitmate Kenny also took the same final with me, and his situation is similar to mine (except he was afraid that a failing grade will prevent him from graduating this year and accept the job offer) So this is what we did.

To be fair, I also wrote a similar contract for him hahaha.

I don't know what's the legal binding power of this stupid contract. Any law expert?

Anyway, we both felt a lot better, knowing that we will get $1000.00 if we lose grad school admission/job offer.

Now I just hope that our professor holds his end of the bargain (He told my suitmate that he won't fail any student who turned in everything) and both of us will pass this class...
